Refund policy

Each product is inspected and packed by hand before shipment. Because our items are functional components and hardware, refunds are limited to issues caused during shipping or fulfillment.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

- Incorrect selection or incompatible equipment

- Normal wear or cosmetic variation

- Installation errors or misuse

All sales are considered final 14 days after delivery.


Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are issued only in the following cases:

✅ Item arrives damaged
✅ Item is missing from your order
✅ Package is lost or never delivered by the carrier

To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

- Your order number

- A photo of the item or packaging

- A brief description of the issue


Magnets & Shipping Notices

Our products use strong neodymium magnets. During shipping or customs inspection, magnets may separate due to handling or vibration. This does not indicate damage.

If components are missing or damaged, contact us and we will make it right.


Shipping & Responsibility

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling fall under the responsibility of the shipping service.

We are not responsible for:

- Carrier delays

- Customs holds

- Incorrect addresses submitted at checkout

- Theft after delivery confirmation


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins.
Once a tracking number is issued, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request cancellation, text us before your order ships.
