Installation & Usage Notes

This 3-piece riser system is designed exclusively for the Work Sharp Ken Onion Blade Grinding Attachment. It does not fit other Work Sharp models. Installation is quick and easy, simply slide it onto the right-hand side of the sharpener for an instant upgrade.

⚠️Usage Tip: The sliders provide adjustable proximity to the belt but should not touch it, as excessive contact will wear them down over time. If the sliders feel tight upon arrival, apply a drop of lubricant to the channels for smoother movement. If they feel loose, apply a piece of electrical tape to the top of the base.

Quality & Manufacturing Details

Crafted using high-quality 3D-printed Premium PLA or Carbon Fiber , this riser is built for precision and reliability. While rigid, it is not designed for heavy downward pressure (Does Not Apply To Carbon Fiber). Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present, but they do not impact functionality. If you notice any loose filament strands, they can be easily removed with a quick pass of a lighter.

Inspired by u/Potrnak02 & u/Timinator6 yet designed from scratch, this version includes refined tolerances for a snug, stable fit and improved resistance on the top plates, ensuring they stay firmly in place.
